Shipping policy

Delivery

Marzelle is hand delivered across Dallas–Fort Worth. We do not ship by courier or mail, so each box arrives exactly as it left our kitchen.

Delivery area

We deliver within 40 miles of our kitchen in Plano, Texas, covering Dallas, Fort Worth and the surrounding DFW area. Checkout will confirm whether your address is within our delivery area.

Delivery fees

Delivery is free on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 have a $10 delivery fee.

Timing

Every box is made to order. After you place your order we will contact you by email to arrange a convenient delivery day and time. Please allow at least 2 days for preparation; for weddings, events and larger orders, please order as early as possible.

Receiving your order

Please make sure someone is available to receive your delivery at the agreed time. Our sweets are perishable, so we do not leave boxes unattended. If a delivery is missed, we will contact you to arrange a new time.

Storage

Keep your sweets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and enjoy them within two weeks. Serve at room temperature.
