About us

Marzelle makes handcrafted Mediterranean sweets in Plano, Texas, and hand delivers them across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Orders

All boxes are made to order. An order is confirmed once payment is received and we have arranged a delivery time with you. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if we cannot fulfil it, for example if the address is outside our delivery area.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay.

Cancellations and refunds

Allergens

Our sweets contain tree nuts (almond, walnut, hazelnut, pistachio, cashew) and may contain sesame, coconut and dairy. They are prepared in a kitchen that handles all of these ingredients, so we cannot guarantee any product is free from them. Please contact us before ordering if you have an allergy.

Every piece is shaped by hand, so colours, shapes and arrangements may vary slightly from the photographs.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
